PRESENTER – Davina Bambrick – Demystifying Image Licensing, Copyright and Moral Rights
Image licensing, copyright and moral rights are complex topics; however they are an important consideration when engaging a photographer. Many business owners (and photographers) fail to see the importance of knowing the terms and it leads to confusion which then damages the client relationship. This session will explain these concepts, that I have learned as a professional photographer and help you know your rights as a client when using someone else’s images.
