How do you overcome the fears that are limiting your capacity to succeed in your professional and personal life?
How often do you hear friends, acquaintances or even family say “I wish I could do that, I wish I did that” during conversations over the years? It’s often a statement that is also made when you are talking to these same people when you tell them you are exploring a new venture, moving house or making any big decisions in your life. This is their personal “fear” being deflected onto you. However, this can have a detrimental impact on how you feel, react and continue with your decisions. Let’s explore how you can navigate “fear” in your personal and professional lives and block out the noise that surrounds you so as not to add fuel to the fire of “fear”.
Nikki has worked in Allied Health for over 20 years. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, she seized the opportunity to complete my master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy. This has allowed me to explore my growing passion for supporting an individual to explore their emotional health by utilising an integrative approach.
