PRESENTER – Paul Marshall- We won’t get there without trust! – The four bridges to building (or rebuilding) trust with your customers.
Trust sits at the heart of all our relationships – with our customers and suppliers, our colleagues and our friends. There is only one thing harder than building trust and that is figuring out what to do when the trust is no longer there! Starting with the question “Where does trust live?”, Paul will share a map to help you build or repair the bridges you need to cross find your way back to successful professional and personal relationships based on mutual trust.
Paul brings his diverse experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors to his work as a coach and workshop facilitator. But it is when he can draw on his personal journey seeking integration across mind, body and emotions (head, gut and heart) to help others live more effectively and joyfully that he finds the greatest sense of fulfilment.
After being a regular visitor to the Clarence Valley for over 20 years, Paul made the change and made it his home just over two years ago – just long enough for him to start complaining about ‘the bloody tourists’ during the school holidays!
