Only a few months ago I bought Yamba Distilling Co without a lifetime of industry experience behind me — just fresh eyes and a lot of questions. I’ll share what that outsider’s view has taught me: which parts of the business earn their keep and shouldn’t be touched, where real opportunity is hiding, and how locals and seasonal visitors each bring their own reasons to love what we do.
