PRESENTER: Victoria Cosford – Logistics Behind Cooking Classes
Italy: it’s one country that has captured the hearts and imagination of so many, a place visited time and time again and never tired of. One woman privileged enough to live and work there for four years is Victoria Cosford, whose passion for Italian food and teaching the simple art of it was borne of her experience in restaurants there, out of which arose her gastro memoir ‘Amore and Amaretti: A Tale of Love and Food in Tuscany’, published in 2010. Join Victoria as she shares some of her stories and talks about what you can expect from her fun, interactive cooking classes.
