PRESENTER – Tim Lannan – Byron Bay Peanut Butter Journey
The story of the ‘NUTS’ that started a company based on the one ingredient loved by so many.
The journey began when US born Peanut Butter enthusiast Tim Lannan and Aussie James Annabel realised that peanut butter deserves to take its spot alongside the most essential pantry items.
Our business plan was to start selling our Peanut Butter at the local Byron Bay Markets. We wanted to start a natural peanut butter company that supported Australian workers and Farmers. To our surprise after posting on Instagram a distributor contacted us and ordered a whole pallet. Not bad for your first ever order! We learned quickly how to smash peanuts really fast! From humble beginnings in the Byron Bay markets, we now sell Australia wide and overseas.
