PRESENTER – Leigh Ashenhurst – Are your staff talking $%# about you?

Are you taking enough notice of each interaction you and your staff have out in the world?
How much money do you spend on marketing each month? For some, it could be thousands per month yet the often neglected, forgotten, free tool is what? Your staff. How are you treating them? Each employee is a walking talking marketing tool. This is often ignored. Smiling glossy photos of the business and its products and people are all very well. What happens when those employees are out in THEIR worlds? What are they saying in casual conversation about you and your company? Do they open their mouth and say good things or do they talk $%# about you and your business? To summarise Richard Branson, “By putting the employee first, the customer comes first, which means the shareholder also comes first.”
Leah has done many things. From sailing the world on a boat as a kid, working in the Australian film Industry, outdoor education in the Snowy Mountains, starting a cafe from scratch, teaching in private and public schools, property management and sales in the Byron Shire and now in sales at Humpy Co. up in Bangalow.
