Elle is the foundress of Foods That Love You Back, an Ag-Tech Farm revolutionizing the way food is grown, used and distributed. Elle’s vision is to create a ‘food as medicine’ consumer lifestyle shift in Australia. She will be talking about all things health – how food is the solution to today’s health and climate crisis, identify how todays food system is fostering chronic disease instead of longevity, and how we as consumers can protect ourselves with some simple “go to” daily habits.
