When people think of Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers, they tend to think of hippies, surf and alternative lifestyles.
Hidden away in little old Billinudgel is the stuff dreams are made of, award winning Salumi products hand crafted by Massimo and our team kitted out in a white coats, matching hair nets and impeccable knife skills.
Setting out on the Salumi journey in November of 2010, it has always been the ambition of Massimo’s to create an old world product utilising the new world facility, local pork and product recipes derived from our home in Sardinia.
Salumi has a large involvement in a self-funded group called Northern Rivers Food.
An industry based group of growers, producers, distributors, retailers and food service operators, who are working together to promote the fantastic food and produce of the Northern Rivers Region.
