Paul is a highly skilled facilitator, coach and speaker with 30 years’ experience developing people. His early career as a British Army officer and time in challenging corporate cultures led to the realisation that his purpose was to influence positive change in people’s lives by improving their ‘Tribes’.
He enables people and organisations to gain perspective, clarity and the courage to grow through experiential personal & professional development programs. Paul uses applied positive psychology, mindfulness, leadership journeys and coaching to facilitate powerful insights and outcomes.
