House made pappadelle with zuchinni flowers, verjuice soaked raisons,
pinenuts and shaved reggiano….
Char grilled prawns with lemon leek and chive risotto.
Local pasture fed chicken terrine with tea smoked peach, chervil, brioche
crumbs and truffle dressing.
Thyme crumbed veal scollopini with apple radish coleslaw and dill mayo.
DESERTS
Fruit mince tart with brandy patisserie cream, (An award winning recipe) or,
Ghana milk chocolate, raspberry and hazelnut praline mousse.
